RESPONSE: We leverage offshore KM resources to follow-up with the client teams in the beginning of the project to ask for the project overview and any sales materials, then towards the end for the deliverables. As a best practice, the sponsor makes the initial connection with the client team engagement so there is a better response. We've not had good response rate when random emails are sent from our team in India to client teams.

web2.0/social media tools to support content re-use (how do people share
finds that they like?). #KMers <http://tweetchat.com/room/KMers> -12:00

@TKBeard <http://twitter.com/TKBeard> And don't forget about re-use!
Collecting is good; but no value is added until contributions are
re-used. #KMers <http://tweetchat.com/room/KMers> -11:53 AM Jul 19th,
