I am research a question regarding the determinants of CoP success, and looking for firms and CoPs that are interested in participating.

What you get out of it are:

1. The research results across many firms
2. Specific output of two of the instruments I have created that pinpoint gaps/opportunities in the knowledge environment and learning climate, as well as CoP maturity on a quasi-CMMI scale.
3. A small amount of my time to discuss and explain and make suggestions.
