Sean,
It is public knowledge that, on the professional services / enterprise social software front:
- PwC has a global relationship with Jive.
- Capgemini has been using Yammer.
- KPMG Australia is using Tibbr.
Pretty much every firm anywhere has SharePoint somewhere.
I imagine that this is something Patrick DiDomenico & V Mary Abraham would be all over ;-)

Sean-A lot of law firms tie up their KM efforts with their document management / matter management mechanisms and tools. SharePoint happens to be one of the tools, but there are several legal-oriented tools out there as well. David Hobbie (http://caselines.blogspot.com/) has written about his work in the arena. And there is the ITLA KM Peer Group - http://km.iltanet.org/, where you might find additional pointers.Jack VinsonOn Tue, Sep 4, 2012 at 8:58 AM, Sean Fox <sfoxca@...> wrote:
MorningI'm looking for a little help from the group. I'd like to see where the other professional services/law firms are with their KM technology platforms. I know (or think I know) , for example, Deloitte is migrating to SP 2010 and has an enterprise deployment of Yammer and E&T is using Notes. If you are from a national/international/large regional firm, can you provide the following info?1. Name of firm?2. Platform used and version?3. Any other third party or custom built collaboration tools?4. Plans to move to another platform? This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any vendors. I'm trying to build the case for some additional investments over here.
Thanks
