Invitation to the Knoco global survey of KM practice and results #survey

Nick Milton

Dear SIKMers

I would like to invite you to take part in the Knoco 2020 global KM survey https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KnocoKM2020

If you able to answer the questions on behalf of an organisation whose KM program you know really well, this experience would be really helpful in building up a picture of KM today, across geographies and sectors.

This survey is a re-run of surveys we did in 2014 and 2017 which were answered by over 700 Knowledge Managers. They gave some really interesting results, and if you take part in the survey this year we will give you a free copy of the 2014/17 report results as a thank-you, as well as a copy of the 2020 results when they are available. You can also order a free copy here.

If by any chance you answered this survey in previous years, then if nothing has changed in the KM program in question, please feel free to ignore this current invitation. if on the other hand your KM program has evolved in the past 3 to 6  years, this will be very useful data.

Bear in mind that the comprehensive nature of the survey means it may take up to an hour to complete, but this also means the results are equally comprehensive and rich, so your time is well worth investing.

Also please forward this request to any of your colleagues or contacts in other organisations, who might have information to share via the survey

Thanks in advance for your participation! The survey is open until May 7.

Best regards,

Nick Milton
