Hi Aprill - back in 2000 or so I invented a version of knowledge mapping which I called knowledge process mapping. You can read a brief description of what it is and how my colleague and I used it on a client engagement in the book chapter we wrote, which I just posted in the thread on Creating An Online KM Course.
