[11/23/2021 11:55:04 AM] Tim Powell: I've come to the conclusion that ALL knowledge is tacit.  We pull out the little streams in the form of information -- words, databases, and so on -- using these techniques you are describing.  But confusing K and I is the basis of a lot of misunderstandings. -- and opportunities, if you understand and address the differences.  IMO, YMMV.
