The chat in Zoom is not only a great "back channel" - augmenting the conversation, by perhaps inserting links or references, but it can be saved as a text file after the meeting is over.

Thanks Tom -- this is great! Under normal circumstances I had planned to right now be in Austin at the Semantics conference to learn more about knowledge graphs, so this is a perfect substitute.

I'll add that it also works best where all the users have the same common context of understanding, meaning they all know the knowledge domain. I found that once you start trying to use naming
