My Knowledge Management work is primarily in Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS®) a methodology developed by the Consortium for Service Innovation.  The KCS Academy is the licensing and certifying organization for KCS. 

I am a certified KCS Trainer and Consultant and Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. My background includes methodology development and delivery organization-wide for projects in Knowledge Management, Business Process Design, IT Service Design, Customer Service, Digital Education, Service Management and IT Support. I enjoy delivering workshops that empower teams to design work practices integrated with technology to deliver customer value. I hold a Masters in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship and particularly enjoy the field of service innovation. I am enjoying this group and finding the discussions in Knowledge Management and sharing of information on the topics discussed to be helpful and broadening.
