Stan,
Thanks for sending this reminder out. It prompted me to make a submission, which was just accepted by Delphi for KM World, the Integration of Content and Knowledge Management into Call Centers and Customer Self-Service Models.
Its work that our organization has done extensively and I will be presenting with an executive from British Telecom. We did some extensive work for them a few years back using role-based KM portals to support 14,000+ CSR’s and the results (and ROI / Cost Savings) were significant.
