Trolling for willing Communities of Practice #research #CoP

Matthew Loxton

Hi
I am research a question regarding the determinants of CoP success, and looking for firms and CoPs that are interested in participating.

What you get out of it are:

1. The research results across many firms
2. Specific output of two of the instruments I have created that pinpoint gaps/opportunities in the knowledge environment and learning climate, as well as CoP maturity on a quasi-CMMI scale.
3. A small amount of my time to discuss and explain and make suggestions.

If this is interesting to you or your firm, please email me at mhloxton@gmail.com

Hi Matthew,

You might make inquiries on com-prac
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/com-prac/messages ) and on LinkedIn (
http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=78082 ).
Also, I'd be happy to include it in the next weekly newsletter I send to
http://CPsquare.org members.

I think it would help recruitment if you'd say more about your background or
the context of your research project.
