Hi Doug,

Stan has posted an excellent list of UX experts, every one of whom I'd strongly recommend. I'd also point you, however, towards intranet and digital workplace specialists, who have deep experience in designing in the SharePoint space. There are only a handful around the globe, including: ClearBox Consulting http://www.clearbox.co.uk/ Prescient Digital Media http://www.prescientdigital.com/ Step Two http://www.steptwo.com.au Disclosure: I've actually written the book on designing intranets: http://www.steptwo.com.au/products/designing-intranets/ PS. I'll be in NY and Washington DC in late October/early November for KMWorld, and I'd be very happy to catch up with anyone for an informal chat over coffee. Cheers, James

We're about to embark on a major intranet / content management / collaboration ecosystem overhaul for a professional services organization that has a lot of Microsoft experience. We are exploring ideas around both the overall platform platform development as well as user experience & user interface (UX/UI). I am aware of a few vendors that do UI/UX in this space, but wanted to be a bit more comprehensive in our search. So, I wanted to ask the group for suggestions/recommendations on companies to consider. Thanks in advance for any ideas!
