You are invited to a knowledge-sharing event on Friday, May 19, 2017, in Cleveland, Ohio. This event is an effort driven by knowledge management professionals from Goodyear, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland to revitalize the Midwest KM community.


This is a small-scale event (35 attendees maximum) that will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. The list of topics that will be discussed include:

  • Trending Topics—Artificial intelligence and machine learning, Natural Language Processing
  • Technology—Yammer, search, expertise location, cloud-based
  • Search topics—Search engine optimization and enabling content managers
  • People—Culture, awareness and adoption, engagement, community management, collaboration, Communities of Practice


Call for presenters


We would like to make an open call for speakers—in-person and virtual. We would like to mix up the delivery of the sessions and are open to your suggestions on the most impactful types of sessions (e.g., panel, roundtable, etc.) you would like to participate in, or lead.
