KYC Knowledge and Content Management Specialist

Role description:
The CIB KYC team is looking for a highly motivated individual with Taxonomy or Information Architect experience to help lead and define procedures and content management strategy across our Global foot print. 

Key responsibilities will include:
Establish knowledge & content management strategy within the KYC team
Design content management solution for the CIB KYC policy and procedures globally
Develop and execution plan involving automated solution
Develops and maintains excellent working relationship with key stakeholder 
Establishing program/project standards and run governance and update meetings with key global stakeholders
Planning and reporting of the project, including participation in various governance forums
Developing executive level presentations and metrics for senior management reporting / updates
Coordinating process reengineering and facilitate implementation


Qualifications
Solid understanding of metadata, subject classification, description cataloging, user experience, and knowledge organization
Strong technical skills in Taxonomy/ content management 
Track record of working in knowledge management, ideally in policy and procedures within the financial services
Strategy experience from a top tier consulting firm, including KYC experience is a plus
Business management experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Project management experience of at least 3 experience; within Financial Services industry is a plus
Analytics and modelling skills 
Strong Partnership and Presence: Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and senior management
Previous experience in strategic and tactical initiatives: Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills: Takes ownership and is accountable for area of responsibility
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Process reengineering experience
Executive level presentation skills are a must
Ability to be flexible and follow tight deadlines
A graduate degree in information management or library and information science is preferred
