Knowledge, Learning and Analytics - Sydney - Wed April 18 #learning #analytics

Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) has traditionally focused on classroom-based based learning but that is changing. Employees need information and performance coaching in real time where they are doing their jobs. Increasingly it overlaps with the techniques and capabilities of Knowledge Management (KM) to improve individual and collective performance. Tying this all together are the emerging analytic capabilities that make this performance improvement measurable, visible and manageable.

In this session, we will cover how:
- L&D is changing within organisations.
- KM and L&D can enrich each other.
- Analytics can be harnessed by both to drive better outcomes.

Rob Wilkins is recognised leader in the L&D and KM domains. He is currently Leader - Information Management at NSW Dept of Education. He has held senior L&D roles at Aussie, AMP, IBM, PwC, and St George. Rob is a graduate of the UTS Masters in Knowledge Management and Information Management.

Maree Howard is Global Head of Learning at Lend Lease. She has held senior roles HR and L&D roles at Woolworths, Optus and AMP. A srong career as a strategic Business Partner and has also lead the functions for Talent, Performance Management, Learning and Leadership Development.
