Congrats on the 800 people in the SIKM Leaders community Stan – terrific service and perseverance as always.

Shows the value you generate for the community (and beyond).

 

Happy to do another session for the community too, when the opportunity rolls around (it has bene a while).

I have gathered a lot of data on “The Behavioural DNA of Collaborative Leadership”, so it might be time to share some of this with SIKM Leaders (although I see it I booked up until almost the end of 2020 already).

 

I see that collaboration is slowly generating more momentum in a competitive world. Some of the “BIG” tech companies understand this and are doing it more proactively. The demand for Atlassian collaborative products is a clear demonstration that more organisations are actively building and leveraging collaborative cultures, especially in the Agile environment.
