Hi all,
Our KM and Social Learning Team an awesome opportunity to support our company's Business Continuity Team with our Facilitated Collaboration services to strengthen and update the possible disaster scenarios, mitigation plans, overall strategy, etc. I'm curious to know if anyone else has used KM techniques and tools to support business continuity planning and strategy efforts, and if so, if you have any advice, lessons learned or stories to tell? Hi Kim
I developed this model working with and in support of the intelligence community in the 00’s. It was specifically suited to engage and integrate collaboration across multi-mission organizations. On a related set of projects, we adapted this model to incorporate knowledge based business continuity planning (Continuity of Operations -COOP) as an integral part of organization operational strategy (resilience).
