Dear SIKMers, A friend of mine is working at Schneider Electric, a global multinational. The subsidiary in each country is led by a "Country President". The countries are grouped into zones that are each led, as you can imagine, by a "Zone President". She is co-leading the community of
"Country President" and
"Zone President" (50+ members). Not an easy role :-) She would like to exchange practices

Sorry, I don't have an individual in mind with a similar community; however, if your friend hasn't already posted an inquiry to the following, she could be well served to do so -- with the caveat that these have a bias towards external (public) communities.

Hi Louis-Pierre
Several years ago I delivered a KM Strategy with a team to the EBRD in London that included strategy planning and implementation for among other CoPs, a CoP for EBRD sector/country leaders.
