Stan's recent invitation to post links of interest to the group is the
trigger for this memo. And seeing that he's already posted the link I
had in mind, I thought I'd add an explanatory note.

Knowledge Street has produced two reports about the role the human
factor plays in successful KM programs. We'd like to do more, and are
looking for leads. So if you know of (or are) someone who has a good
