Knowledge Management (Sr Analyst/Analyst Role(s) available (Hyderabad, India) #jobs

Sandra Willis

Hi All - If anyone has candidate recommendations for this niche area of KM within R&D FMCG/CPG space located in India I would love to know. I have hired some great talent in KM, but adding others that have R&D FMCG/CPG experience at all (even a single year) is very challenging so I thought I would post here beyond what the full-time local recruiters are doing. It can even be those with consulting experience, but their specific client base should be Consumer Packaged Goods, Food Manufacturing, or ,maybe Pharma/Life Sciences clients.

Job Title: Knowledge Management Analysts or Senior Analysts (multiple roles open)
Location: Hyderabad, India (PepsiCo Global Business Services, R&D)
Duration: Full-time with benefits

These roles are an opportunity to join PepsiCo's new Global Business Services Team in the Hyderabad, India office.  These are in office roles due to it being a newly formed Knowledge Management Team, but PepsiCo is wonderfully flexible when needed. The Knowledge Management Senior Analyst or Analyst (Level 5) will join several others that have onboarded so it will be a group of KM specialists reporting up to local leadership.  The internal stakeholders are all in R&D globally so the content and knowledge is scientific and technical in nature.  Since I am able to hire multiple FTE's I am also looking for some new hires that have technical writing experience and not necessarily been part of a traditional knowledge management team or have that type of experience.  I am looking for both skill sets, but the number one criteria is some knowledge/experience with Consumer Packaged Goods or Food Manufacturing. The team will provide support for capturing the internally generated knowledge from the R&D organization (knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, digital repositories, meta-tagging, taxonomy, CoPs, Sharepoint, etc). The technical writing/KM role will also support R&D teams, but with the differentiated responsibility of editing, proof-reading, etc of the scientific and technical documents.

I can be reached at: sandra.willis@... for more information and to connect anyone interested to our local HR/Recruitment team.

Thank you!
