At times like this, I am thankful to be a part of a solid community of professionals.  I am usually gathering and saving all of the insightful information, links, content and question/answers that come from this group that have supported my growth in my current role.   Today I am reaching out for support, connections and networking.  I am currently a Senior Director of KM at JLL (Jones, Lang LaSalle) managing a group of 10 KM'ers across a piece of our business.  The business is hurting and JLL has decided to move ahead with a pretty large headcount reduction that I have now been a part of as of this morning.
