Request: interview for KM Strategy benchmark for non profit org #strategy #request

Dear all, I hope this is an appropriate platform to make this request. I'll preface this with saying this is me posting on behalf of the non profit organization Terre des hommes Foundation (based in Lausanne, Switzerland) that I work for- so I'm taking off my 'interested professional' hat and putting on my 'worker bee' hat. A short description of who we are: "Terre des hommes (Tdh) is the leading Swiss organisation for children’s aid. We provide direct and indirect assistance to over four million children and their families in more than 30 countries each year." As you may remember from some previous questions I've posted in this group, my organization is developing a KM Strategy. Part of the development plan of the strategy is to conduct some interviews with other non-profit organizations that have already set up a KM Strategy and have a Knowledge Manager overseeing their knowledge management implementation. So having said that and to keep this short and sweet (feel free to ask questions if it needs more clarification), if anyone: 1) is willing to give us a few hours of their time to answer questions/have a discussion, 2) works for a non-for profit international NGO, 3) has an established KM Strategy in place and implemented, then we would deeply appreciate your assistance/time/expertise and can arrange the interview around your schedule.
